Upload a VCF and receive per-drug resistance predictions. Each call carries the measured operating range of the model that produced it, a reliability band, and the signed contribution of every mutation that moved it.

Research use only. Not a diagnostic. These are Layer 2 machine-learning calls from models that have not been prospectively validated and have no regulatory clearance. No curated WHO catalogue is consulted here, so every call is a model call and none overrides a catalogue result; the models are intended for variants a catalogue grades Unknown or Fail. Do not use any output on this page to guide the treatment of a patient.

Uploads are not retained. A submitted VCF is written to a temporary file, converted, and deleted before the response is returned. Nothing is stored, logged to disk, or shared. Even so, this is a public endpoint: do not upload identifiable patient data.
